How to Use
Your Event Portal

Everything you need to explore our menus, build your selections, and bring your event vision to life — all in one place.

Build Your Menu

The Grand Menu Builder

Our most flexible tool. Browse every dish we offer and build a fully customized menu for your event — with live pricing that updates as you choose.

Browse the categories
Scroll through sections like Hors D'Oeuvres, Chef Stations, Carving Stations, and Desserts. Each section shows what's included and how it's priced per person.

Tap any item to select it
Items highlight in green when selected. Tap again to remove. You can select as many dishes as you like — there's no commitment at this stage.

Enter your guest count
Type the number of guests in the box on the right. The estimated total will calculate automatically — including our admin fee and NJ sales tax.

Generate a Visual Proposal (optional)
Once you've made selections, a gold Visual Proposal button appears. Tap it to open a beautifully formatted document with your chosen dishes, matched food photos, and a full pricing breakdown — ready to print or save as a PDF.

Review & Submit
When you're ready, tap Review & Submit, fill in your contact details, and send your selections to our team. We'll follow up within 24 hours to confirm everything.

Good to know: Pricing shown is an estimate for planning purposes. All final pricing is confirmed at booking.

Event Menus

Specialty Event Menus

Our event-specific menus are curated for particular celebrations — each with its own atmosphere, traditions, and suggested pairings.

Choose your event type
Select the tab that matches your celebration — Bar & Bat Mitzvah, Corporate, Quinceañera, Repast, or Sweet 16. Each tab shows a menu designed specifically for that occasion.

Tap items that interest you
Browse each course — Cocktail Hour, Interactive Stations, Dinner, and more. Tap anything you'd like to highlight. Your selections appear as chips in the sidebar so you can review them at a glance.

Request a consultation
Fill in your name, email, event date, and estimated guest count, then tap Send Inquiry. Our team will reach out to discuss your selections and provide a full proposal.

Both Menus

The Visual Proposal

After making your selections in either menu, you can generate a Visual Proposal — a polished document that pairs your chosen dishes with real food photos from our kitchen, along with a complete pricing summary.

Select your dishes first
The Visual Proposal button activates automatically once you've made at least one selection in the menu.

Tap "📷 Visual Proposal"
The gallery opens in a new tab and generates your personalized proposal — each menu section shown with matching food photography pulled directly from our gallery.

Save as PDF or print
Tap Save as PDF at the bottom of the proposal. Your browser's print dialog will open — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. You'll have a clean, shareable document with no menus or buttons — just your selections and photos.

Tip: You can share the PDF with your family or planning team before submitting — it's a great way to compare ideas and get everyone on the same page.

Visual Gallery

The Visual Gallery

Browse over 200 photos of dishes from our kitchen — organized by course. Use the gallery to build a visual wishlist and share it with our team or your family.

Browse by category
Use the tabs at the top to filter by course — Hors D'Oeuvres, Chef Stations, Cold Displays, Desserts, and more. Or browse everything at once.

Click any photo to select it
A green checkmark confirms your selection. Click again to remove it. Your picks appear in the sidebar on the right — or at the bottom on mobile.

Download a Lookbook or send to us
When you're happy with your selections, tap Download Lookbook to save a PDF of your chosen photos. Or tap Send to Cosmopolitan to email your wishlist directly to our team with any notes.

Tip: The gallery is also used to generate Visual Proposals from the menus — so photos you see here are the same ones that appear in your proposal document.

Rentals

Rental Options

Browse our available rental items — linens, chargers, centerpiece options, and more. Send us an inquiry and we'll confirm availability and pricing for your event date.

Scroll through the rental categories to see what we offer. Photos and descriptions help you visualize each item in your event setting.

Send an inquiry
Fill in your event details and any specific rental questions, then submit your inquiry. Our team will follow up with availability and pricing within 24 hours.

Once you submit your menu selections or send an inquiry, a member of our team will reach out within 24 hours to review your choices, answer any questions, and begin building your formal event proposal.

There's no obligation at this stage — everything is for planning and inspiration until you're ready to move forward.
